The Tri-Cities Family YMCA invites you to join the fun in the 40th Annual Kick-off to Summer and Coast Guard Runs.

There's something for everyone from the avid racer to the occasional walker, with our certified 10K Run (Coast Guard only), 5K Run/Walk, the 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk and the Tot Trot obstacle course for ages 3-6.

Be sure to bring your wagon or stroller for the 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk! All ages are welcome to participate, so bring your mom, dad, grandma and grandpa.
